My Closed Caption Video

  1. Almost there... the video is completed and uploaded to YouTube with closed captioning. Now it's embedded on my blog, but the closed captioning is missing. I am troubleshooting what happened to it. Back to the drawing board...

  2. OK, the video is up with closed captioning. I don't like the font of the captioning, but for now, it will do. If anyone else is having trouble getting the captioning to show up on their YouTube video after sending it from Camtasia, here is what worked for me:
Export the captioning from Camtasia in a SRT file and save it on your computer. Then go to YouTube and select the captioning tab and add the SRT captioning file to your video.
    Whew!

  4. Hi Angie,

You should be proud, your video with closed caption is very impressive and educational as well. Your acknowledgement at the end came at a surprise. Thank you!

  5. Great video Angie!!!! Your research was current and your audio was comprehensible. I especially liked the information about the speaker. I wish every presentation that I've been to followed your advise. Great job with the closed captions!!!
    Thanks,
    Stacy

  6. Great and relevant information. Really appreciate your organization! Did you consider soft, background music at all?

  7. Angie,
In the past I was involved in a professional nursing association and planned events. Your video brought memories to mind. You did a great job and didn't miss a thing. You have a great speaking voice; clear, even, easy to listen to. The content was appropriate and organized. Nice job!
